PUBLIC NOTICE/PUBLIC HEARING
Community Development Block Grant Program
Submission of the 2023 CAPER

Notice is hereby given that a draft of Bristol Township’s Community Development program year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be made available for a public review period and at a public hearing. The CAPER is designed to provide information on how the Township used its community development block funds for housing and community development projects during the latest completed 2023 program year, which ran from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

In accordance with regulations and requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Bristol Township’s Citizen Participation Plan, the 2023 CAPER is available for public review and comment beginning, Thursday, August 29, 2024 through Thursday, September 19, 2024 at the Bristol Township Municipal Building, Community Development Department, 2501 Bath Road, Bristol, PA 19007 during the business hours of 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or by clicking here for review.

Citizens are invited to make comments on the draft CAPER at the address above or via email at vstrother@bristoltownship.org. The CAPER will be submitted to HUD by September 30, 2024.

There will be a Public Hearing at the Bristol Township Council Meeting on September 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM located at the Bristol Township Municipal Building, 2501 Bath Road, Bristol, PA 19007. Assistance will be provided to accommodate individuals with special needs.
