The Bristol Township Council will conduct Public Hearings on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 2501 Bath Road, Bristol, Pennsylvania to consider action on the following:
Application of Matthew Olsen, 900 Rosa Ave, Croydon (Tax Parcel #5-012-387) requesting Conditional Use approval to allow a two-family dwelling unit at the above noted location in an R-3 Residential zoned district;
An Ordinance of the Township of Bristol, vacating a portion of Sunset Avenue, a paper street in the Township;
An Ordinance Amending the Code of the Township of Bristol, Chapter 120 Housing Standards to include regular inspection of recovery homes;
An Ordinance Amending the Code of the Township of Bristol, Chapter 134 Nuisances to Authorize the Township to seek an Administrative Search Warrant to enter upon properties;
An Ordinance Amending the Code of the Township of Bristol, Chapter 175 Streets and Sidewalks concerning the removal of snow, ice or sleet from the sidewalk.
After the conclusion of each Public Hearing, the Bristol Township Council will then consider the Applications and Ordinances at its Regular Meeting on February 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 2501 Bath Road, Bristol, Pennsylvania.
A copy of the full text of the Conditional Use Application and Ordinances described above may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof by any citizen in the Administrative Offices of the Township located at 2501 Bath Road, Bristol, Pennsylvania, on any business day (except Saturdays and Sundays) during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The lowest responsible bidder was N. Abbonizio Contractors, Inc. Gilmore & Associates completed a review of references that appear to be acceptable, and recommend conditionally awarding them the contract. They have not previously gone through the 30-day public review process specified in the Township’s Responsible Contractor Ordinance.
